Out with the old, in with the NEW! Another year come and gone! What better way to celebrate the occasion than with a little bubbly!
This card features a champagne bottle, bright colors and a little sparkle, it's all dressed up and ready to CELEBRATE!

This card started with a little "stamp surgery". Every now and then, I run across a stamp that has elements that I'd rather use separately. Of course, I could always mask the stamp, but sometimes it's easier just to make an "adjustment"! The "happy new year!" circle stamp started out with a negative image of a drink in the center...

I wanted to put the champagne bottle in the center instead, so I cut around the drink stamp to remove it...

Now, I can use just the circle design by itself, or I can fill it with another small stamp OR, i can always put the drink stamp back in the center to use the stamp as it was originally made. Plus, I can also use the drink stamp by itself now as well.
I stamped and embossed the design on 3 colors of cardstock and used Smooch Accent Ink to color in the champagne bottles. I like to emboss designs that I want to "Smooch" because it's easier to stay in the lines!

Several stamps were combined on the large "sentiment" circle and sparkle fibers were used to BLiNg up the edge...
