If you wanted to make Christmas cards this year, but hadn't found the time, it's not too late!
Handmade cards don't have to take days to do, you can whip up enough cards for your entire list if you keep the design simple and work in an assembly line.
This card can be made in about 10 minutes or so if you work in stages...
First, stamp the ornaments on white cardstock; working one color at a time and set them aside to dry. Then stamp the sentiment at the bottom of the card fronts. And while those dry, cut and fold all the cards. Then, all you have to do is cut out the ornaments, assemble the cards and add the strings. If you have a friend or family member to help, then the process can go even FASTER!You could stamp the ornaments directly onto the card front - that would save you the time of cutting them out - but then you have to worry about stamping all 3 ornaments perfectly or having to redo a card front. By stamping them separately, then adding them, you don't have to stress about perfect stamping! I think it makes the process go faster even WITH the added step of cutting out the ornaments.
I always use a foam sheet to stamp on. It cushions the stamp a bit and allows it to stamp evenly. You could also use a tablet or thin magazine. You don't want anything TOO thick though, or your stamped image will get "globby"!
Here are all the supplies and directions you'll need to make this card...

NOTE: if you are making several of these cards, work in as assembly line as described above.
1) Cut a 5 1/2 X 8 1/2 piece of black cardstock and fold in half to make card.
2) Cut a 4 X 5 1/4 piece of white cardstock and stamp sentiment at bottom using Amber Satin Ink. Also ink edges of card front and set aside to dry.
3) Ink ornament stamp with Scarlet on the globe and Amber Satin on the cap. {You can wipe off ink from cap using a paper towel if you get Scarlet on it, then add the Amber Satin}. Stamp onto white cardstock.
4) Clean stamp and repeat using Fresh Green and Cyan inks; set all 3 ornaments aside to dry.
5) Cut out ornaments and adhere to card front, using dimensional foam dots to adhere blue ornament.
6) Add strings using stardust pen.
I'll be posting another card in a few days that is also simple to do in mass. It is vintage-inspired in look and color. So if you prefer that style, please be sure to come back and check it out!
