Today DT Coordinator Jennifer Priest is sharing a fun and festive Halloween pin featuring Sizzix Fresh Vintage Flowers, 3-D #2 die by Eileen Hull. Yes, today we're also featured on the Sizzix Fresh Vintage Blog Hop!! You can get to the next blog using the handy little gadget below.

And now for the fun!! Here's Jennifer's project:

I cut the large grey flower from organza fabric using the Flowers, 3-D #2 die and both of the flower designs. I folded the layers of the pinked flower into quarters and layered them onto a cardstock circle according to the directions on the die packaging. I then folded the layers of the petaled flower into quarters individually and threaded them onto a piece of wire, twisting the wire tightly once all the layers were threaded on.

I sprayed the center of the flower with Smooch Spritz in Silver Foil which gave it a bit of a variegated coloring as well as intense, glittery shine. I then sprayed a Prima flower with Smooch Spritz in Black Velvet. I created a button using the Epiphany Crafts Button 20 Studio and added that to the center of the grey flower. I printed a vintage image from the Graphics Fairy and created a Scalloped Circle epoxy with the Epiphany Crafts Scallop Circle 25 Shape Studio. I painted the edges of the epoxy with Smooch Accent Ink in Olive Twist to make it spooky and added that to the center of the Prima flower. I mounted all of the flowers to a piece of chipboard and then tucked ribbons and tulle under the flowers. I tied mini tassels to the ends of some of the ribbons. Then I tied some seam binding into bow with a piece of striped May Arts ribbon and mounted them to the pin with a stick pin.
