Celebrate

Good morning, Steph here. Did you know that today is Dr. Seuss' birthday? Well, we thought we'd celebrate by using one of his quotes. This quote is from "Oh, the places you'll go", one of the stories I used to read to my son when he was an infant.

Seaport, Lucky Penny and Cherry Pie Designer Foils
Stephanie Barnard Inks in Sky and Blueberry
My First ColorBox Mini Stamps - Dots

Other Supplies:
Cardstock: Bazzill
Dies: Spellbinders


I wanted to create a unique background so I used the new ColorBox stamps. Since I wanted to work quicky, I chose to work with Stephanie Barnard Inks because they dry quickly. The tiny dots were stamped first with Sky Ink and the larger dots were stamped on top with Blueberry Ink.



I rubbed the "Celebrate" Design Adhesives on white cardstock, then added the Designer Foils seperately to each word. Since my card is small, I cut the Design Adhesives and put the other portion aside for another project. I then die cut the Dr. Seuss quote and placed in on my card with foam adhesives.
