Easter Wishes

Hi - Jean Okimoto here - wishing you a Happy Easter from everyone on your Clearsnap Design Team! Here's a Smooched, Glitzed,  sweet & sassy Easter Bonnet card in bright spring pastels.

Other Supplies

• Bazzill Basics Hillary, Sour Apple, Apricot and Petunia Cardstock
• Kraft Cardstock
• Detail Clear Embossing Powder
• Heat-Tool
• Sizzix Eileen Hull Flower Layers #9
• Diecut Machine and Plates
• Pink Tissue Paper
• 1/4" Brad
• 1/4" Scor-Tape
• Screwpunch
• Foam Dots

Directions

• Stamp Easter Bonnet on Kraft Cardstock with Black and emboss it
• Smooch it with Taffy, Kiwi and Carrot and dry the inks
• Brush several layers of Pink Fizz Smooch Glitz onto her bonnet
• Trim the cardstock and double-mat it with Hillary and Sour Apple Cardstock
• Stamp Easter Joy on the smoother side of Apricot Cardstock with Black and emboss it
• Trim it into an angled strip
• Attach Scor-Tape to the brad and dip the brad into a container of Peridot Glitter
• Diecut five layers of tissue paper with Flower Layers #9
• Cut a 1" square of scrap cardstock and punch a 1/8" hole in the center of it
• Stack the multiple flower layers, offsetting them slightly
• Punch a hole thru the stack and attach the flower to the 1" square with the brad
• Lift, scrunch and fluff the petals for dimension
• Cut, score and fold a 4-1/4" x 5-1/2" card of Petunia Cardstock
• Assemble the card, attaching the greeting with foam dots
