June is the perfect time to celebrate family, sunshine, vacations - and Design Adhesives!  Jean Okimoto here - with a summery layout featuring Nicholas and Art sharing some guy-time.

• Paper Accents Aloha Cardstock (11" square)
• Paper Accents Assorted Textured Cardstock (dark teal)
• Memory Box Lagoon Cardstock
• Bazzill Basics Sour Apple and Hillary Cardstock
• Lightweight Cardboard
• Diecut Machine (and plates for thin metal dies)
• Memory Box Sandal Border, Swaying Palm and Oceana Border Dies
• Memory Box Metal Adapter Plate 
• Sizzix Circles Framelits Dies
• Paintbrush
• Screw Punch
• Brown Mini-brads
• Foam Dots

Directions

• Diecut photos and mats with the Circles Dies
• Ink the edges of the mats using the Stylus, Tips and Cornflower
• Burnish Hawaiian Hibiscus onto Lagoon Cardstock, brush Sweet Orange Glitter onto the adhesive pattern, and trim the cardstock
• Cut the glittered cardstock in half to create a longer strip by covering the center gap  with the matted photo
• Burnish the journaling onto the smoother side of Sour Apple Cardstock
• Lay a strip of Seaport Designer Foils on the adhesive - colored side up - and burnish it onto the adhesive
• Trim the cardstock and edge it with Cornflower
• Using the Metal Adapter Plate in addition to the plates required for thin metal dies (but no cardstock or paper shims) - cut the Sandal Border and tree trunk from lightweight cardboard
• Diecut Oceana Border from dark teal cardstock
• Diecut the palm leaves twice (you'll need two of larger leaf on the left side) from Sour Apple Cardstock
• Assemble the layout, using foam dots to attach the text and two small leaves
• Punch holes and attach mini-brads to the tree
