Winter Blues

700th post to the Clearsnap Blog!!!

Hello, hostess Tami here with a winter thank you card to show you.

Like Meagan's card yesterday, it's quick and easy to do, and is done in a winter color scheme of blue and white. It also utilizes Watermark Twinkle Inks, both the Stardust and the Pearl...

I ran a piece of navy cardstock through my Wizard using the Winter Wonders M-Bossabilities Embossing Folder. Then using the Stylus & Tip, I applied the Pearl Twinkle Ink over the embossed areas, then with a clean tip, added a light touch of the Stardust Twinkle for added shimmer! I dabbed the tip on a napkin, then lightly applied the ink to the unembossed portion at the top of the card. Since the cardstock has a linen finish, the ink highlighted that as well for a little added texture too...

I inked the white cardstock using Twinkle Pearl, again with the Stylus & Tip, so that it would have some bLiNg as well! The snowflake was punched out of the pearly white cardstock and stitched so that it hangs from the center of the ribbon bow. A small, clear rhinestone adds another touch of sparkle...

The sentiment was also stamped on some pearly cardstock  using the NEW! Midnight ColorBox Archival Dye Ink. The color matched PEARL-fectly with the navy cardstock...

The Watermark Twinkle Inks are VERY versatile and a great addition to your stamping supplies. You can use them on cardstock, wood, canvas, or any other porous surface you can think of. You can emboss them for even MORE bLinG, or let them dry as they are. And you can use them under or over other inks like ColorBox Chalk or Dye Inks to add shimmer. Think of all the plain supplies you can TWINKLE! Paper flowers, cardstocks, ribbons, fabrics {non-washable projects}, punched shapes and much more!

      1. Hi,
I'd love a copy of your catalog, and you offered to send me one, and now I can't find the blog post that has the email address of your contact person. Could you send me the info again, please? Thanks! Barb
