It's that time of year again-school's in session! If you need a quick "thank you" gift for a teacher, I have a solution for you using Clearsnap's clear acrylic Pillow Box and MyStamp Box's "Special Teas" stamp set!
It took very few supplies to finish this quick project! Besides the MyStamp Box "Special Teas" stamp set, I've used the new Stephanie Barnard Sprinkles Chunky Glitter, Queties pigment ink "Essentials" set, Stephanie Barnard's Premium Dye Ink Spray in "Artichoke," and Clearsnap's White Embossing Powder.
This is the finished box.
Using a small piece of fabric, I wrapped the center of the box and glued it in place with Fabritac glue. I followed the same process with a piece of recycled cardboard. I sprayed the chipboard label with Stephanie Barnard's Premium Dye Ink Spray; after the label dried, I stamped the sentiment using white pigment ink from the Queties "Essentials" set and heat embossed with Clearsnap's White Embossing Powder. I applied a piece of washi tape to the top and bottom of the fabric to finish the edges. The picture doesn't do it justice, but the flower is full of sparkle! I covered the flower in Glue Gloss and dipped it right into the Chunky Glitter! What a union those two have!
To complete the look, I used another sentiment from the "Special Teas" stamp set to hang from the button. That's it! A very easy and quick thank you gift to give a teacher or anyone for that matter! I hope you've enjoyed today's project!
