Spray, Stencil, Spritz and Stamp

Our Creative Team loves the new Stephanie Barnard Sprays! for a quick burst of color.  They (the sprays - not the Team!) look even better with a light, shimmery mist of Smooch Spritz highlighting the different colors.

Jean Okimoto here - with a quick and easy stencil-sprayed, Smooch-Spritzed butterfly.  The Flower Frenzy 6x6 template is from The Crafter's Workshop.  The coordinating Delia and intricate Finn Butterfly Dies are from Memory Box.

Place a sheet of watercolor paper in the Color Catcher and spray Tangerine and Banana Sprays! thru the template.  Remove the template and let the inks airdry for a few minutes.  Spritz it with Citrus Tickle and dry the inks with a heat-tool.

Diecut the Delia Butterfly from the watercolor paper. Using the Metal Adapter Plate and other plates required for thin metal dies, cut the Finn Butterfly and antennae from Dill Cardstock - save four the small cutouts from the top half of the butterfly.  Attach the detailed overlay, cutouts and antennae to the stenciled butterfly.

Stamp Journey Collage onto Key Lime Cardstock with Kettle.  Trim the cardstock and ink the edges with Coral.  Punch three 1/2" circles from the stenciled cardstock and ink the edges with Coral.

Cut, score and fold a 5.5" square card of Mango Cardstock and assemble the card.
