- Spritz watercolor paper with water and place it in the Color Catcher
- Spritz it with Guava and Tangerine Sprays! and let it dry for a few minutes
- Place it back in the Color Catcher and spray it with Ginger Ale Smooch Spritz and heat-set it
- Ink the edges using the Stylus, Tip and Guava Premium Ink
- Stamp the cord from the banners4all set on the watercolor paper with Chocolate
- Place the paper over a piece of kraft cardstock to determine the approximate stamping position for the banner
- Stamp the banner again on the kraft cardstock
- Align the banner on the watercolor paper with the banner on the kraft cardstock and attach the watercolor paper to the background
- Stamp the background blocks on glossy white cardstock with Guava, Tangerine and Strawberry - the center heart is stamped twice with the double lines, then again with the dots
- Dry the inks and diecut the hearts using the smallest of the Hearts #2 dies
- Stamp 'you rock' from the banners4all set on the smooth side of Bazzill Red Cardstock and trim it
- Attach it to the background - use a foam dot on the right side
- Punch holes and attach mini-brads
- Attach everything to a 4-5/8" x 6-1/4" glossy white cardstock card
