{I have them hung in my hallway-they just make me smile}
{I did a rough outer stitch to close the hole with some embroidery floss}
{I cut a little swatch and added my "sweet" sentiment}
{For this one I just stamped the word "love" over and over-inking each time-to create the pattern-then used Crafters Ink smeared with my finget around the edges}
{I love how this one came out!}
Instructions:
Start with two 8x8 pieces of muslin
Stamp one or both sides using Crafter Inks
Heat set design with a iron on hot setting with no steam (sandwich between a piece of newspaper)
Fold both pieces in half and just cut a half heart! I didn't use a template just cut!
Put right sides together
Add a ribbon or lace piece for the loop and pin together
Stitch by machine or hand with a 1/2 inch seam allowance, leaving a turn in hole
Snip the seam allowance on the curves and snip off extra fabric at the point
Turn right side out
Stuff heart half way
Roll some potpourri in some fiber fill and stuff in the center
Fill rest with more fiber fill
Blind stitch with thread or "Unblind" stitch with Embroidery floss
