I love the look of layers and dimension but it isn't always practical for mailing. This card gives the illusion of texture and dimension, while keeping a slim profile that is perfect for mailing!
First, I used the Branches and Blooms design adhesive. I cut it apart so I could put the two branches sort of side by side. I then applied the cherry pie designer foil. Next, I used the Jumbo Rollagraph with the Faux Postal wheel, to apply some Top Boss embossing ink. The design was embossed with opalescent clear Top Boss embossing powder. It's important to do the embossing after the design accent and foil because otherwise the design accent will not apply evenly. After heat embossing the design, I spritzed the lower section of the card with Colorbox Premium Dye Ink spray by Stephanie Barnard in Guava. After misting, I blotted with a paper towel. After that dried a little, I rubbed over it gently with a baby wipe to remove any excess mist from the embossed portions.
