Celebrate a Spring Birthday

March is a popular month for birthdays - make a fresh, colorful card for that happy celebration.  Jean Okimoto here - with a Spring-colored card for that special day.

Stamp Hampton Arts Ditto Double Vision PS0611 with Playground on natural cardstock  and heat-set the inks.  Trim it and ink the edges with Grass.  Attach it to a side-folded A-2 card of Petunia Cardstock.

Stamp the gift on natural cardstock with Cupid and emboss it with Opalescent Clear Embossing Powder.  Mask the edges of the giftbox with Post-It Notes and ink the giftbox using a cosmetic sponge and the greens from the Playground Inkpad.  Heat-set the ink and trim the cardstock into an irregular shape.  Mat it with Hillary Cardstock.

Stamp the greeting on natural cardstock with Grass and emboss it with Opalescent Clear Embossing Powder.  Mat it with Hillary Cardstock.

Assemble the card, using foam dots for the greeting.
