Teaming Up with Ruby Rock-It! Day One...

All weekend long we are teaming up with our friends from the land down under, Ruby Rock-It Brands! With an extensive line of paper, embellishments, and stickers, its easy to see why Ruby Rock-It is so loved .... our team couldn't get enough! Over the next 3 days our teams share how we used both Clearsnap and Ruby Rock-It craft products to create a wide arrange of projects for any and every ocassion.

Grab a tall glass of lemonade and enjoy the ride...plus, be sure to check out the links at the bottom of this post for your chance to win a selection of Ruby Rock-It and Clearsnap products!

To kick off this weekend, Jean Okimoto shares a trio of bright, happy gift tags!

Hi - Jean Okimoto here with a trio of flowery tags for you.  Clearsnap's Archival Dye Inkpads and Rollagraph Cartridges quickly enhance Ruby Rock-It's  Reminisce Quilling Kit papers.  Just roll the patterns onto 2 quilling strips for the green and blue tags.  Use the Stylus and Tip to ink the  petals of all 3 flowers.  Tape the 2 strips together lengthwise to create larger flowers, then roll them into flowers and secure the ends.

Attach coordinating quilling strips to the Ruby Rock-It tags.  Attach ScorTape to scrap cardstock and diecut the letters with the Memory Box Lowercase Classic Alphabets.  Brush glitter onto the adhesive-covered letters.  Attach the Ruby Rock-It Eklectique and Arcadia jewels - then add ribbons and cords.  Brush the coral flower with Firecracker Smooch Glitz.  Enjoy!

Next up, a fabulousy summery scrapbook page by Suzanne Austin!
Hey everyone!  Thanks for stopping by today and joining in on the fun as we hop along with Ruby Rock-It!  I created a layout featuring some very cheery products from Ruby-Rock-It and of course Clearsnap inky goodness!

I had a blast playing with some fun papers from the Ruby Rock-It "Cook" line.  I LOVE the floral patterns and fun colors of this line.
Although the base of the page is a beautiful floral print, I needed to mute it out just a tad.  Therefore, I customized some paint by mixing ColorBox Stephanie Barnard Premium Dye Ink Spray in "Sky" and gesso.  Once the paint was dry, I used ColorBox Archival Dye Ink in "Seattle Sky" to randomly stamp some script-adding a little more dimension to the base.   The title has been die-cut and sprayed in ColorBox Stephanie Barnard Premium Dye Ink Spray in "Strawberry" and Smooch Spritz in "Pink Sprinkles."

I framed the picture with lots of layers using Ruby Rock-It patterned papers, flowers that were created from the Reminisce Quilling Kit, and some pearls and bling.  The flowers were edged with ColorBox Fluid Chalk Inks in "Creamy Brown and Chestnut Roan" followed by loose embossing and glittering..to give them a little flare! I hope you've enjoyed this project today!!!  Thanks for stopping by!
