Create a card from white cardstock, cutting it to 5 1/2" x 11". Score and fold in half to create a top fold card. Cut yellow cardstock slightly smaller, corner round the edges and adhere on top.
Using the ColorBox Cakewalk Pigment Ink, ink white cardstock. Using a little more pressure than you would usually use helps put the ink on the cardstock. Move the inkpad and continue until the white cardstock is completely covered. Then, using the Simple Dots Rollagraph Wheel and Leather Mix'd Media Inx, lightly ink across the cardstock. This provides some nice dimension, giving the illusion of embossing without the additional bulk! Cut this piece slightly smaller than the yellow cardstock mat, ink edges and adhere.

Die cut 2 scalloped circles and add them on top of each other. Using a styllus with Leather Mix'd Media Inx around the scalloped edges also gives the illusion of dimension. Cut the rattle and diaper pin from the Sweet Pea Design Adhesives, adhere to the smaller circle and cover with Lucky Penny Designer Foils. Also, place "bundle of joy" on a scrap piece of white cardstock and cover with Lucky Penny Designer Foils. After cutting it to size, corner round the edges and mat with yellow cardstock. Adhere to the lower right corner of the card.

With the Rollagraph Wheel changed to Happy Hands, ink across white cardstock with Leather Mix'd Media Inx. Select the hands you wish to use and cut them out. These will then be added to the circles with foam adhesives - the only item on this card that is really dimensional.
