Spring Birdie Card

Hello! Robyn here with a nice spring card for you! I had a great time making this, so I just know you will too when you make your version!
Clearsnap Supplies Used:
Other Supplies Used:
Fiskars Border Punch
Score-Pal
Hero Arts Stamp- 3 Birds
BoBunny-Ribbon
JoAnn- Pearl Pin
Unity Stamp Co. Stamp- March Stamp of the Month
Directions:
Using the Rollagraph Wheel w/ink, roll stamp on desired cardstock to create background paper.
Next, cut a strip from your background paper after measuring the length on your card base.
Matt the cut, measured piece of cardstock on another coordinating piece of cardstock. Leave enough room at the bottom of the strip to use a border punch on.

Because I want to paper piece my stamped image, I stamp directly on my card to use it as a guide for my paper pieces. Next I use the same stamp to stamp on 3 different coordinating pieces of cardstock. I then cut out a bird from each color cardstock and affix them onto the image I previously stamped on the card.
Finally, I use my Smooch to decorate my paper pieced birds. I then finish my card by using my sewing machine to stitch around the border of my card.
And that's it! Be sure to come back tomorrow for another great project!
