Hello! I am sharing a sympathy card created with several colors of Colorbox Mix'd Media Inx, Smooch Glitz, Rollagraph and the lovely Calla Lily stamp set from Woodware. Now while a sympathy card is never a gift anyone wants to give or receive, there is no reason you can't create a card that is beautiful.
The Simple Dots Rollagraph wheel stamped in Peaches Mix'd Media Inx creates a lovely subtle background which allows the focus to stay on the large floral image.
To add life to the flowers, the image was first stamped and embossed using Mossy Mix'd Media Inx. The individual leaves and buds were stamped and embossed again with Mix'd Media Inx in Honey and Mossy and then colored in by blending the Inx in Jasmine, Mossy and Vintage with the foam Stylus Tips. The buds received a layer of Smooch Illuminating Topcoat following by a layer of Smooch Glitz in Frost. The leaves also received a layer of Lime Twist Glitz. The parts were then cut out and "popped up" with foam dots for dimension.
The result is pretty but not over the top and is sure to convey the sympathy you are feeling.
