A Happy Hello

Good morning, Steph here and I am wishing and hoping for Spring. I know that our winter has not been that bad, but I am longing for sunshine and flowers. And there is nothing that can put you in a spring mood quickly than Stephanie Barnard's inks in colors such as Chocolate, Banana, Grape, Tangerine and Strawberry, to name a few.

These beautiful ink colors are dye based which means they dry quickly. So, when you want to work on a project and have limited time available, these inks are just what you need to use!

Clearsnap Supplies:
Emboss Gloss
Color Box Stephanie Barnard Inks: Grape, Banana, Chocolate, Tangerine
Stamps: My First Colorbox Stamps - Hello
Glitter: Fairy Dust

Other Supplies:
Cardstock: Bazzill
Stamps: Hero Arts
Twine: The Twinery

I stamped the backgound flowers in Grape. Realizing I should probably have stamped with Banana first because of possible cross contamination, I found the Grape had dried so fast that I had no problem with the Banana ink.

I also stamped a number of flowers with the Grape Ink intending to die cut them. Again, by the time I was done stamping the last flower, the first one was ready for die cutting - a definite plus.

Finishing up the card, I added Emboss Gloss to the three die cut flowers then sprinkled some Fairy Dust on top. This gave those flowers just a hint of sparkle which is a little hard to see in the photo.

So, when you want to work fast, grab some of your favorite ColorBox dye inks and get it done.

Thanks for stopping by today.
