Hello, hostess Tami here with a scrapbook layout to share with you. I have a friend, Laura, who has two beautiful daughters and who is an awesome photographer!
Knowing that I have two boys and don't get to do "girlie" layouts very often, she is nice enough to share some of her photos with me. So I get to play with some frilly and feminine colors and embellishments and she gets a finished layout in return. Seems fair to me!
My ink choice was Mix'd Media Inx as they blend beautifully even on cardstock and are creamy smooth and very workable. I used ColorBox's Stylus & Tips to apply the inks and to mix and blend them so I did not contaminate my ink pads.
I made some extra flowers to use as embellishments and decided to emboss them for a little extra shine so they would stand out from the stenciled background. The "sisters" title was also embossed.
Templates are a great way to make your OWN printed paper, and with the new color additions to the Mix'd Media Inx, you are sure to be able to get just the right color!
