Baby Wipe Hair Clippies

Ordinary baby wipes make an awesome statement today!
For today's project, I created a set of beautiful hair clippies for my daughter, using dried out baby wipes that were used for wiping my rubber stamps and hands from ink.

You'll need:
about 5 baby wipes (to make one hair clip)
hair clip backs (you can find these on etsy)
E-6000 glue
a button or cabochon flower for the center (just use what you have)
A sizzix Big Shot & a flower die (I used the flower, beauty bloom die)

The first thing you're going to do, is run let your baby wipes dry out (that is, if you commonly use baby wipes to clean the ink from your hands, work space and ink pads like I do). It should take a day or so. You can also dye your own, by using the Stephanie Barnard spray dye inks and Smooch Spritz on baby wipes, and letting them dry out.

Next, run them through your Sizzix Big Shot. Any flower die will do, but I used the flower, beauty bloom die.

Once you do that, you'll need to apply the glue to each flower piece. For this, I used E-6000 glue.

Let the glue dry for a minute or two, then apply the clippie to it.

Let it dry for a few minutes. Then, it should look like this:

I can't wait to see what kind YOU end up making!
