Clearsnap Products:
- Scentz Embossing Powder: Rootbeer, Grape and Bubblegum
- Top Boss Embossing Pad: Tinted
- Hero Arts: Wish Big
- Spellbinders: Labels Twenty Three
- Bo Bunny: Double Dot: Limeade and Lemonade
- Bazzill: White Cardstock
- Beacon Adhesives: Zip Dry and Fabri-Tac
- The Twinery: Lilac Baker's Twine
- Creative Impressions: White Rick Rack
- 3D Foam Squares
- Pearl Head Pin
Tools:
- Trimmer and Scissors
- Cut a 4 1/4 X 11 piece of yellow cardstock and fold in half to make card.
- Use dies and lime cardstock to make frame, reserving center.
- Ink liner portion of cupcake and a little bit of frosting with Embossing Pad; stamp on white cardstock and heat emboss using Rootbeer Embossing Powder.
- Ink frosting portion of cupcake with Embossing Pad; stamp on white cardstock and heat emboss using Bubblegum Embossing Powder.
- Ink heart with Embossing Pad; stamp on white cardstock and heat emboss using Grape Embossing Powder.
- Cut out pieces and put cupcake back together, using 3D dot to adhere heart.
- Tie a piece of baker's twine in a bow at upper left of frame, and insert pin though bow.
- Adhere frame to front of card, then adhere cupcake at center using 3D dots.
- Stamp and emboss sentiment on white cardstock using Embossing Pad and Grape Embossing Powder.
- Cut out sentiment, mat on center from frame and adhere inside card.
- To finish, use Fabri-Tac to adhere rick rack to top and bottom of card.
This has gotta be the most fun thing to make!! Imagine the person when they open the envelope!! LOL! Great idea!! And love the fun and bright card!!
