Glittery Things That Go Bump in the Night


Hi - Jean Okimoto here - with another reason why you NEED Spooktacular this month.  Just stamp your background with it - and heat-set or emboss it with detail clear powder - then add a bunch of die cuts, glitter and a few accenting brads.  That's it - your Halloween card is done!

Directions
  • Place Desert Sun Cardstock in the Color Catcher, spritz it with Pink Sprinkles and Gingersnap, then dry the inks
  • Trim the cardstock to 1-3/4" x 4-3/8" and ink the edges using the Stylus, White Blending Tip and Gooseberry
  • Stamp Vintage Halloween Words on white cardstock with Spooktacular and emboss it with detail clear powder
  • Ink the edges with Gooseberry and swipe a lightly-inked paper towel over the stamped image
  • Diecut Swooping Bats from black cardstock and roll it through the Create a Sticker
  • Brush Charcoal Glitter onto  the adhesive-covered bats
  • Use the Metal Adapter Plate and other plates to diecut Grove Branch from dark brown card stock
  • Cut a 4" square of the pearlescent textured card stock
  • Cut, score and fold a 5-1/2" square card of black card stock
  • Attach the pieces to the 4" square background
  • Attach the mini-brads
  • Attach the background to the card
