Spooky Kooky Halloween Banner

Hello! Hostess Tami here with a SPOOKY KOOKY HALLOWEEN BANNER that is simple to make.

It features diecut pennants from Spellbinders and stamps from The {Stamps} Of Life...

Brightly colored inner pennants stand out against the black background pennants and doodled stitching lines add a contrasting detail...

The images were stamped on cardstock using ColorBox Black Pigment Ink and embossed using Top Boss Clear Embossing Powder...

The candy corn pieces were stamped and embossed on white, orange and yellow cardstocks, then the top white pieces and center yellow pieces were cut out and adhered to the orange pieces...

The pieces were linked together with brads and baker's twine was attached at the ends to hang it...
