Bring the Bling...Cousins are Special

Hello - Jean Okimoto here - wishing I had precious granddaughters like Baby Addison and her cousin Anne.  You could never - ever - get our cocker spaniels Peppermint Patty and Taffy to pose like this.  Not for all the treats or tummy rubs in the world!

ColorBox Crafter's Pigment Inkpads are perfect for home decor projects - and preserving memories like these.  Just use scrunched papertowel to "scrub" the rich pigment inks into a craftstore wood frame.  Begin with soft Orchid, then add rich Peony to highlight some of the areas.  Finish it off with a light layer of Frost White to blend the shades together.  Let the grain and texture of the wood show thru to add even more color variations.  Gently - and briefly dry the inks with a heat tool.

Round the corners of the photo and mat it with Parakeet Cardstock.

Diecut Spiral Blossom 3 from Tangy Taffy Cardstock.  Dieut the two larger blossoms from the Bitty Blossoms set from Petunia and the pale pink cardstock.  Form the flowers and secure the shapes with glue dots.  Diecut four leaves from the Bitty Blossoms set from Hillary Cardstock.

Place the flowers in the Color Catcher and spritz them with Vanilla Shimmer, then dry the ink.

Attach the flowers and leaves to the frame - use foam dots for the top leaves    Attach the jeweled flourishes from the BYOB set to the upper corner and leaves.
