Please be sure to read ALL the way to the bottom of this post as the winner of the Molding Mat Giveaway is announced!!!
Hello, hostess Tami here with an Easter card to show you. The Tablecloth design ColorBox Molding Mat was used to add small patterns to the eggs and the backgrounds they are on. I used small pieces of double sided tape to secure the Molding Mat on an acrylic block in order to use it as a stamp...
The designs and eggs were stamped using Watermark Ink and then embossed using Top Boss White Embossing Powder. Squares were punched using a scalloped punch and the eggs were cut out by hand..
The pieces were layered on a 4 X 6 card made from kraft cardstock. The sentiment was stamped on scrap pieces of cardstock, embossed, then cut out with dovetailed ends. A triple layer of twine was added in between the eggs and the sentiment by tearing a bit at each side of the card to hold the twine in place, then wrapping the twine around the card and finishing in a bow towards the right side.
