We are honored and excited to be featured on the Spring Training Blog Hop with our friends at Operation Write Home! OWH's mission is: Supporting our armed forces by sending blank handmade greeting cards to write home on.
If you just joined us for the hop, start here to get in on all the action: http://operationwritehome.org/spring-training-bloghop-masculine-card-tutorials/
Every year, volunteers from across the nation create blank, handmade, masculine cards (no glitter please!) to send to military serving overseas so that they can write int he cardas and send them home to loved ones. The task is simple:
We decided to create a card that is easy for you to replicate, fun to make, and has a general theme, as suggested by OWH's guidelines.
Watch Sabrina Alery create this card, start to finish, then try your hand at making one!
Post a link to your card (preferably posted on your blog) here in the comments section of this post. We'll choose one winner on April 25, 2013 to receive the ColorBox Queties set used by Sabrina in the video, plus our "For My Friend" My First ColorBox Mini Stamps Set. Then send your card(s) to Operation Write Home!
To continue on the HOP, head over to Bazzill's blog next!
Happy Hopping!
