Good morning, Steph here with some fun techniques using stamps and twine in conjunction with Clearsnap inks.

Clearsnap Supplies:
Inks: Stephanie Barnard - Bubblegum, Sky, Strawberry
Embossing Powder: Top Boss Clear
Other Supplies:
Stamps: The Stamps of Life - backgrounds2build, banners4all, braches4flowers
Twine: The Twinery - Blossom, Denim, Maraschino, Pink Sorbet
Cardstock: Bazzill
Dies: Sizzix
Pearls: Want2Scrap

The card begins with a navy cardstock base onto which I added a very subtle backgound using a small dot stamp with Sky Ink from the Backgrounds2build stamp set.  This provided some nice dimension to the card without the additional bulk.

After die cutting several sizes of the Sizzix scalloped circles, I wrapped Pink Sorbet Twine around the largest die and Blossom Twine around the smaller die, creating some faux flowers.  Finding a large brad (in the wrong color), I inked it with Bubblegum Ink and then embossed it with Clear Embossing Powder to get the color I wanted.   I stamped a small sentiment in Strawberry Ink on top.

Denim Twine was wrapped around a piece of white cardstock and added across the center of the card.  Thank you was stamped in Strawberry Ink on a small Scalloped Circle and the edges were inked with Sky Ink.  The sentiment was then added to a larger Scalloped Circle and was  then tied to the card front with Maraschino Twine.

Some pearls were added under the faux flowers for a little more interest.

Your next stop on the hop is Robyn Weatherspoon!

Thanks for stopping by today :)
