Spring Fashion Trends

Happy Spring - it's officially here now!  Jean Okimoto here today - with a card in bright spring pastels.  I love coordinating colors between inks, papers and special accents like Clearsnap Glitter.

Stamp American Art Stamp's Easter Bonnet on kraft cardstock with ColorBox Crafter's Night and emboss it with detail clear powder.  It's a great, dark black that's perfect for embossing this image.  Smooch the design with Taffy (bonnet), Ocean Soul and Grape Soda (dress) and Green Apple (bows along the back of the dress).

Trim the cardstock and ink the edges with Tree Frog for a quick-drying accent.

Attach Scor-Tape to a scrap of white cardstock and diecut Sweet from The Crafter's Workshop.  Brush Peridot Glitter onto the adhesive.

Diecut 3x4 Medium Dots, another great new design from The Crafter's Workshop, from Bazzill Basics Card Shoppe Juicy Pear.  Attach Scor-Tape to the back of the cardstock and brush Cotton Candy Glitter onto the adhesive through the holes.  Trim the cardstock.

Score, fold and cut an A6 (4-5/8" x 6-1/4") card of Bazzill Basics Forget-Me-Not.  Cut a 2" x 5" strip of Bazzill Basics Petunia.  Assemble the card, using foam dots to attach the stamped piece.
