Today we have a couple of projects from our designers showing how versatile Clearsnap's inks and accessories are when combine with Bo Bunny's incredible range of collections, flowers, ribbon, and more!

Hi - Welcome to our hop!  Jean Okimoto here, with a tweety Gift Tags-in-a-Tin project to share with you.  Gift tags add the final touch to a perfect gift - make a stash of these and be ready for the next occasion.  Make an extra set too, then tuck it into a Basic Necessities Tin for a sweet - and useful - gift!

Ink the bird from Bo Bunny's Prairie Chic Clear Stamps with the ColorBox Citrus Splash Multi-Color Inkpad.  Forget what they say about not squishing your stamp into the inkpad - squish it gently, you'll want a lot of ink for this process.  Spritz the stamp with water, then stamp it on the smoother side of watercolor paper.  Clean the stamp and repeat the process six more times, using different sections of the inkpad for color variations.   Heat-set the inks.

Clean the stamp, then stamp the bird over the colored image with ColorBox Dark Brown Chalk Ink - repeat six more times, then heat-set the ink.  Cut or diecut the paper into six 2.5" squares and one 3" square to cover the tin.  Stamp the music and text images from the It Is Written Stamp Set over the bird with Tree Frog, Squash, Grasshopper, Coral  and Key Lime Pie.

Stamp the remaining squares using the "papier & encre" image from the Prairie Chic Clear Stamps with Pinkolicious and Pumpkin Spice.  Round the corners and ink the edges with the matching inks.  Stamp the greetings from the Sentiments Stamp Set on the Bold & Bright Double Dots with Dark Brown.  Trim the greetings and cut narrow triangles to create word bubbles.  Ink the edges of the greetings and triangles with Dark Brown.  Attach them to the backgrounds with foam dots.

Cut, score and fold six 3" square tags from the Double Dot prints.  Round the corners, punch holes and attach satin cords.  Cut a 3.25" square of the green dotted print, round the corners and cover the tin.
Attach the 3" stamped square.

Thanks for hopping with us - how you're enjoying the hop as much as we enjoy sharing our ideas with you!

I just loved the bright colors in the Bo Bunny double dot soft shades 6x6 paper pack. I decided that they would go great with the vibrant saturated Stephanie Barnard for Clearsnap dye ink sprays. The vibrant colors just begged for a layout of my vibrant little girl! I love this photo, but don't really much to say about it. She was just hamming it up, leaning against a car and asking me to take her photo.

I started with some white Bazzill Cardstock, a Crafter's Workshop mask and some Stephanie Barnard for Clearsnap dye ink spray in Bubblegum and Guava. I misted mostly with Bubblegum and then added a couple mists of the darker Guava for a variegated effect.

The flowers were a gorgeous variety of tans that would have been fabulous for a shabby chic project, but I wanted VIBRANT, so I misted them too! I used the Stephanie Barnard dye ink sprays in banana, Tangerine and Guava.

I love the clear acrylic alphas but wanted to make part of the title stand out just a little more, so I applied some Colorbox Crafter's Ink to the backs of the acrylic letters in the word 'Chilling' and then heat set the ink with my heat gun. Heating the acrylic letters caused them to curl a little bit, which gives them a little more dimension.

I left the letters in 'just' plain and adhered them with some Clearsnap Glue Gloss, but covering the backs of the letters, so you can't see the adhesive.

Supplies:
Clearsnap Stephanie Barnard dye ink sprays in Bubblegum, Guava, Banana, and Tangerine.
Clearsnap Colorbox Crafter's Ink in Sweet Pea and spiced plum

Bazzill Cardstock
