This month's product spotlight is all about our partner products with Stephanie Barnard™ Sprinkles! Chunky Glitter, ColorBox® Premium Dye Inkpads and Reinkers, and Stephanie Barnard™ Sprays! Our designers have created a really unique variety of projects in vastly different styles using these versatile products, all from Stephanie Barnard™ and Clearsnap.
Let's start with a technique -filled flower tutorial by Denise Hahn!
Let's start with a technique -filled flower tutorial by Denise Hahn!
I used Stephanie Barnard™ Sprays! and Inks along with Petaloos Mulberry Flowers Embossed White Daises to create this mixed media inspired card.
Start with Petaloo Flowers-which are stark white, under a stencil- here I am using a Crafters Workshop Stencil and spray with Stephanie Barnard™ Sprays! (Banana):
Then grab a Rollagraph and some ColorBox® Premium Dye Ink and roll over the sprayed flowers. Here I am using ColorBox® Premium Dye Ink in Celery and a Rollapgraph "Word-Words" Jumbo Wheel:
Don't they look amazing?! Now take a stencil brush and hit the centers and edges:
Now take a blank tag and spray it with Stephanie Barnard™ Sprays! in Artichoke-then swirl it around with a stencil brush:
I used ColorBox® Premium Dye Ink in Pumpkin for all the edges- the background piece is what I call my spray "negative" - its the white paper I used to spray on-they always end up with a great design on them!
I then embellished the card with Mixed Media flowers, a key, and a Graphic 45 Chipboard tag from the Olde Curiosity Shoppe Collection, tied on with twine.
Suzanne Austin shares a fun, bright, inky scrapbook page, just in time for National Scrapbook Day, this weekend!
I created this bright and "pink" layout using some of my favorite ColorBox Stephanie Barnard Premium Dye Ink Sprays and Dye Ink Pads!
I created the base of the page using a Crafter's Workshop Stencil and ColorBox Stephanie Barnard Premium Dye Ink Sprays in "Guava and Bubblegum;" I used a reverse stenciling technique by spraying the template with water first followed by Premium Dye Ink Sprays. Once I was satisfied with the placement of color, I quickly flipped the stencil over onto a piece of watercolor paper (I picked up the excess ink with a paper towel before lifting the stencil).
The die-cut hearts are all colored with ColorBox Stephanie Barnard Premium Dye Ink Spray in "Guava" ..."Bubblegum" for the larger heart; the large heart is also covered with Colorbox Stephanie Barnard "Sprinkles" Chunky Glitter.
Stephanie Barnard Premium Dye Inks are super fun and add such an amazing pop of rich color to ANY project!

And now, a fun card from Sabrina Alery!
Can I share a secret? If I had to pick only one type of ink to work with from here on out, it would be ColorBox® Premium Dye Inkpads and Reinkers They work so well on both clear and red rubber stamps, are excellent for stamping crisp backgrounds and images, can double as watercolors and come in well rounded color palette of vibrant colors. Stephanie Barnard's colors are perfect for creating happy and bright cards - my favorite kind to make!

Need a Mother's Day gift? Diana Gonzalez shares how to create a custom jewelry piece mom will treasure for years to come.
Since Mother's Day is upon us, I created this lovely necklace for my jewelry loving mother, using jewelry findings, and supplies, Creative Paperclay, and some Stephanie Barnard™ Sprays!.
This beautiful pendant was made with some Creative Paperclay, Stephanie Barnard Ink Sprays! (in Blueberry) and a bit of acrylic varnish, simply by passing a lump of the clay into a Sizzix embossing folder. After that, a heart shape is cut out either with a knife, or a cookie cutter.
Remember to make a hole in your pendant; I used a chopstick for mine. Creative Paperclay can be baked or it can air dry, so depending on how much time you have, just let it air dry.
Clearsnap Supplies:
- Stephanie Barnard™ Sprays! (in Blueberry)
Other Supplies:
- Beads & Jewelry findings
- Acrylic spray varnish
- Embossing folder (by Sizzix)
Stephanie Barnard's ColorBox Premium Dye Inkpads are vibrant and rich, perfect for a graphic design like this card bny Megan Aaron:
I just love the bright saturated colors of the Stephanie Barnard ColorBox® Premium Dye Inkpads and Stephanie Barnard™ Sprays! For this card, I used the dye inks to stamp the layered image and sentiment. Then, for the background, I stamped and embossed the design on white cardstock before misting with Stephanie Barnard™ Sprays! in Blueberry. After misting, I wiped the excess mist using a paper towel to reveal the embossed design.
Supplies:
- Stephanie Barnard for Clearsnap Premium Dye ink in artichoke, spearmint and licorice
- Stephanie Barnard for Clearsnap Colorbox Premium Dye ink spray in Blueberry
- Top Boss Watermark ink
- Top Boss Embossing powder in white
- Stephanie Barnard Stamps of Life stamps friends4ever
- Hero Arts envelope background stamp
- Bazzill cardstock
And finally, a wreath and flower project by Jennifer Priest featuring Stephanie Barnard™ Sprays!:
Have you ever bought something and realized it was the right shape but the wrong color? Once I got these vine wreaths into my laundry room, I realized they were more neon and less olive green than they looked in the store, but being that they were a seasonal item, well, returning them was out of the question.

Enter Stephanie Barnard™ Sprays! These rich, dye inks are perfect for "dyeing" any porous material, like these wreaths, especially for projects that are difficult to paint or re-color otherwise.
I made a little video showing how I took these wreaths from Scary Neon to Fabulous Decor. Now, they make my laundry room extra happy!
