2012 is a mere 24 hours away! Or LESS depending on when you are reading this post!
Hostess Tami here today with Happy New Year's Card that is just a little different. Thinking that some of you might not have a special "New Year's" set of stamps, I was hunting around for something else I could use. I still had the "Happy Birthday" stamp set sitting out on my desk from my 12/26 post and I thought "why not?" Why not wish 2012 a Happy Birthday!
I also selected a more b-day color theme as well; pink, aqua and lavender. All the pieces, besides the silver metallic paper, started out as white cardstock. Each piece was "smooched" using Smooch Spritz to achieve the desired color...
I thought the silver added the touch of gLiTz that the occasion needed, so the sentiment is embossed using Sterling Silver Embossing Powder. And for even MORE shimmer, Smooch Glitz in Frost was used over Silver Pigment Ink around the edges of all the paper pieces.
