Hello! Hostess Tami here with a room I designed just to share with you! Wallpaper, rug, chair, pillow, table and lamp all stamped in miniature and arranged on a card...
Mix'd Media Inx - that was embossed, and ColorBox Archival Dye Inks along with stamps by Hero Arts all work to pull this "room" together. The sophisticated, yet feminine color palette was designed to make all the elements POP!
For the contrast cushion on the chair back, light pink cardstock was first stamped with a zig zag pattern using Pinkolicious Dye Ink. Then the cushion was stamped with Black Mix'd Media Inx and embossed with Clear Embossing Powder. The cushion was cut out and adhered to a chair stamped and embossed on dark pink cardstock. The throw pillow was made by stamping a portion of the floral print chair on lime cardstock with Pinkolicious Dye Ink. It was then handcut and outlined with a black pen and adhere using a 3D foam square...
The table was stamped and embossed on white cardstock using Black Mix'd Media Inx and Clear Embossing Powder. The lampshade part of the lamp was masked off first and then stamped and embossed on lime cardstock before being cut out. The lamp stamp was inked with Pinkolicious Dye Ink and stamped on light pink cardstock. The floral design was masked off and then the lamp was stamped and embossed with Black Mix'd Media Inx and Clear Embossing Powder on top of the pink stamped image. A black pen was used to outline the floral design, and the lime lampshade was adhered...
The wallpaper was stamped and embossed using Black Mix'd Media Inx and Clear Embossing Paper on light yellow cardstock...
The "rug" is a piece of polka dot ribbon running along the bottom of the wallpaper background. And the sentiment was stamped and embossed using Black Mix'd Media Inx and Clear Embossing Paper on dark pink cardstock.
